Do you offer same-day service?? Yes, whenever possible. We prioritise urgent fridge breakdowns and can often provide same-day or next-day call-outs depending on your location and your schedule.
What does your warranty cover? We provide a 6-months warranty on all our repair services. This warranty covers both parts and labor, giving you complete peace of mind. If your manufacturer no longer services your appliance under warranty, our service repair team is here to help. We stand confidently behind the quality of our work and parts used.
Do you service both domestic and commercial refrigerators? Yes! our experienced Air con and refrigerator service technicians provide quality repair for both household and commercial fridges.

 
Is it worth repairing my appliance? The decision to repair an appliance depends on its age, condition, repair cost, and extent of damage. Newer appliances with minor or affordable issues are usually worth repairing, while older units with frequent or costly problems may be better replaced.
Do you use genuine parts? Yes. We use original manufacturer parts whenever possible. Where that’s not available, we source high-quality alternatives that come with a warranty.
Do you repair all brands? Yes, our experienced service technicians are able to fix most of the common brands in the market. We including LG, Samsung, Bosch, Hisense, AEG, Defy, Kelvinator, KICc, Smeg, Whirlpool and many, many more. ⁠Do I need to bring my refrigerator to you, or do you come to me? We provide on-site fridge repair services at your home or business for your convenient.

 
⁠Do you sell fridge spare parts? Unfortunately, we don’t sell refrigerator spares. We only stock genuine and approved spares exclusively for our fridge repair services. All our parts are genuine and offered at competitive prices.

 
⁠Will the technician come with the parts? Our technicians keep a wide range of common parts stocked in our vans. We do our best to bring along the parts we anticipate will be needed for your repair. If it turns out that we don’t have the exact part on hand, there’s no extra charge for collecting it and returning to complete the job.
⁠Will your technician call me when he is coming? Yes, you’ll never be left wondering. On the day of your repair appointment, our technician will call or message you when they’re on their way, so you know exactly when to expect them.
Why is my fridge making a loud or unusual noise? A number of things can contribute to strange or loud refrigerator noises, such as:

Fan problems: A malfunctioning or blocked fan may produce rattling or buzzing noises.
Compressor issues: A noisy compressor could be a sign of wear or an imminent breakdown.
Loose panels or parts: Clattering sounds may be produced by vibrations from loose parts.
Ice buildup: Grinding sounds may result from too much ice around the fan or evaporator.
To avoid more damage, it is preferable to have a specialist check your refrigerator if the noise continues or becomes louder.
